EasyPay Fee Waiver Campaign
Campaign Overview
The EasyPay Fee Waiver Campaign (“the Campaign”) is a limited-time promotional offer by Zeam that removes all on-ramp fees normally charged to users when topping up their Zeam wallet via EasyPay partner retailers. The rest of the terms and conditions will remain in force with only the exceptions noted in this campaign.
Campaign Duration
Eligibility
The Campaign is open to all verified Zeam users using their unique EasyPay reference assigned by Zeam.
Fee Waiver Details
During the Campaign period, the current EasyPay top-up fee of R8.00 + 1% of the transaction amount is waived in full.
This applies to all top-up amounts of R50 and more made via any Zeam EasyPay partner retailer, including but not limited to:
PEP, Game, Makro, Woolworths, Ackerman, Builders, Jumbo, and Kazang.
Users will not be charged a fee at the time of transaction, and the full top-up amount will reflect in their Zeam wallet during the active campaign period.
Limitations and Disclaimers
This offer applies exclusively to top-ups made via EasyPay bill payment channels using the official Zeam EasyPay biller reference assigned to Zeam users.
Zeam reserves the right to reverse fee waivers or disqualify participants in cases of abuse, fraud, or misuse.
Zeam is not responsible for any delays in funds reflecting in the user’s wallet caused by third-party retailers or system issues.
This Campaign does not apply to other top-up methods, including EFT, bank transfers, Payshap, or cash vouchers.
Program Integrity
Zeam reserves the right to disqualify users for:
Creating multiple or fraudulent accounts.
Using automated systems to refer users.
Attempting to manipulate the reward system.
Breaching any Terms of Service.
Campaign Administration
By participating in this Campaign, users agree to the Campaign Terms and Conditions.
Zeam reserves the right to:
Modify or cancel the campaign at any time.
Adjust payout amounts or eligibility requirements.
Communicate updates via:
WhatsApp
App notifications
Zeam website
SMS or other digital platforms
Legal Framework
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
In the event of any disputes:
Contact Zeam via in-app support or email.
Escalation will occur internally within Zeam.
Final resolution may involve formal legal channels, if needed.

Zeam processes personal data in line with applicable privacy legislation.
